Bu yıl canım sıkıldıkça kendimi Şile ya da Beykoz-Poyrazköy yoluna vuruyorum. Şile'de Üvezli diye küçük bir köy var, orada inanılmaz gözlemeler yapıyorlar, 30 çeşit baharatlı. Yaşlı bir karı koca işletiyor yeri, kadın Gürcü göçmeni, adam Alamancı, su yataklarının gece nasıl patladığını filan anlatıyorlar.

This is year I found myself either in Sile or in the road of Beykoz-Poyrazköy. Both are just at the end of Istanbul, Sile is on the Black Sea shore with wonderful pine forests on the road and the road of Beykoz is the most green place in Istanbul. There is this little village called Üvezli on the road to Sile, they make incredible 'gözleme's with 30 kind of spices. A young couple own the place, the woman is an Georgian immigrant, the man stayed in Germany for long years and they talk about stuff like how their water bed was exploded one night.

Sonra da böyle ormanın içinde fotoğraf çekiyorum. Poyrazköy yolunda "dikkat geyik-karaca çıkabilir" diye tabelalar var, ama maalesef daha hiç geyik göremedim. İşgüzar birinin söylediği gibi (üst-sağ foto) yoluma gay filan da çıkmadı, ama hala ümit ediyorum (gay değil, geyik çıksın diye:P)

I also take photos like that. There are signs that says "Attention for the deers" on the road to Poyrazköy, but unfortunately I never saw one.

Aşık oldum!/ I'm in love

İşte bu kuçuya fena halde aşık oldum. Hatta geçen hafta oyuncak gibi koynumda bile
uyudu. Kendisi Serseri, belli etmiyor ama kocaman bir oğlan -10 yaşında-. Şımarık,
sevimli, eğlenceli bir yaratık kendisi. Kaşınmaktan, kendinden çoook daha büyük köpeklerden
ve bulabildiği herşeyi yemekten hoşlanıyor. Suculardan, motorsikletten ve en çok da fotoğrafının
çekilmesinden nefret ediyor. (Fotoğraflardaki surat ifadesinden anlayabilirsiniz sanırım).
Fotoğraf makinesini (hatta fotoğraf çeken cep telefonunu) ortaya çıkardığınızda anında yüzünü saklıyor, olur da çekmeyi başarırsanız kötü kötü hırlıyor, sonra da gelip fotoğrafa bakmaya çalışıyor:P

I'm in love with this doggie very badly. We even cuddled and slept together like he was a stuffed animal. He's name is Serseri, you cannot tell, but he is a very old 10 year old boy. Spoiled, funny, cute... He likes to get scratched, dogs way too big for him and eat everything he can found. He hates carriers, motorcycles and most of all get photographed.He hides his face every time he saw a camera (even a cellphone), and if you manage to catch him, he snarls and then comes to look at himself on the camera:P

Budapeşte/ Budapest

AB'nin beni ne kadar çok sevdiğinin 2. durağı Budapeşte'ydi! Mayıs'ta yine 1 haftalık bir workshop için bu kez Budapeşte'ye gittik. Üniversite yaşantım oldukça yorucu bir haldeydi, yani boş vakit inanılmaz iyi geldi. Workshop bu sefer daha ileri seviyedeydi ve hava çok güzeldi (şehir de). Üstelik bu sefer şehir merkezinde kaldık, yani şehri istediğimiz gibi gezebildik. Fara Sabina'daki kadar güzel fotoğraflarım yok bu sefer, ama işte size güzelleri:

Next stop on how EU loves me, Budapest! We went again for a week-long workshop to Budapest in May. The university was exhausting at the time, so I enjoy some free time a lot. The workshops were more advanced this time and the wheather was beautiful (the city too). Plus, we stayed at the center of the city, so we wander a lot. I didn't get as much good shots as in Fara Sabina, but here are the good-ones:
