Bu hafta inanılmaz derecede yorulmuş ve işten bunalmıştım ki, pazar günü tatil yapacağımızı öğrendim. Aslında Cumartesi de pek bir şey yapmadık, keyifliydi, ama bugün anlatmakla bitmez.
This whole week I was just tired and depressed by work, then we learned that Sunday is day-off! Actually we didn't do much Saturday either and it was kinda fun, but today was just what I needed.
Önce şunu söyleyeyim ki ,bugün değil evden, odamdan bile 3-4 kere dışarı çıktım, ama hiçbir yere gidecek halim yoktu zaten, bugün dinlenme günüydü. Bir kere 12'ye kadar uyudum. 2 kere uyandım tabii, ama zorla kendimi uyuttum ve uykudan şişmiş gözlerle kalktım. Dışarı çıkıp sigara almaya bile üşeniyordum ki, anneciğimin benim için yalnız sigara almakla kalmadığı, ayrıca buzdolabında bir cheesecake'in beni beklediğini ve dün evde var sanıp aradığım ama bulamadığım Digiturk dergisinin de alınmış olduğunu gördüm. (Anneler ne hoş insanlar değil mi?)
First, let me say that, not even I didn't leave the house today, I also only got out of my room 3-4 times. I slept until 12, of course I woke up before but just forced myself to sleep. I got up with swelled over-slept eyes and thought what an effort it takes for me to go out to get some cigarettes. Then I figured that not only mom got me a pack of cigarettes, also that a cheesecake was waiting for me in the fridge and mom got the tv-magazine that I was looking for yesterday. So I drank my coffee and figured out what to watch for the day. (How nice moms are!)
Kahve eşliğinde günün izlenecek filmlerine karar verdim, yine annemin kıyağıyla güzel bir kahvaltı çektim ve başladım izlemeye. Önce 'A Single Man', mükemmel bir filmdi, bu arada Digiturk'ün festival kanalı açması ve benim vakitsizlikten hiçbirini izleyemem çok sinirimi bozuyordu, en azından bir film izlemiş oldum.
The first film was 'A Single Man', and oh what a wonderful film it was. The only problem was that it got me a little depressed at the end.
Sonra odamı topladım, temizledim ve 'Guiletta degli Spiriti'ye daldım. Şimdi de Harry Potter, ve sonrasında biraz kitap ve yeni serilmiş çarşaflarla ve defne sabunumun kokusuyla bir uyku...
Then I did some cleaning and watched Fellini's masterpiece 'Guiletta degli Spiriti'. Now it's time for Harry Potter, a little reading and a nice sleep in clean sheets with my new bay-leaf soap's smell....
Bugün gerçek anlamda bir temizlenme günü oldu, hem odam, hem de beynimi temizledim, darısı başka pazarlara....
This day was truly about cleaning, both my room and my brain a little bit, I hope they will be more Sundays like that....
